Edward Chetwynd Antiques is run from home at Upper Village Farm situated in the Usk valley, over looking Crickhowell in the Brecon Beacons. It is a family-orientated concern, in which his wife, two children and mother all play a valuable part, with a shared emphasis on personal care and attentiveness. Please feel free to contact us at any time, however short the notice, if you wish to view or discuss an item of stock and we will do our very best to help. You are encouraged to bring friends and family members along, too, and if they would prefer to appreciate the garden, take in the sweeping landscape or stroll along the near by canal they are more than welcome to do so.
Why not transform a visit into a full day out? We are well served by local pubs, including the famous Bear Hotel in Crickhowell and a mere mile upstream, Gliffaes Hotel, with its own tranquil fishing and wonderful gardens. Llangynidr moors, Llangattock escarpment, the Sugar Loaf and Table Mountain are just four of the landmarks close at hand where you can walk-off lunch amidst breath-taking panoramic scenery.
Crickhowell also boasts a range of superb shops, almost all family-run, including Cashell's butchers, Webb's, Cw Cw boutique, Book-ish book shop and Nicholl's, each of which is worth discovering. Once you have it is likely you'll soon be back and we look forward to welcoming you back.
